When ordering in Jascha Stockholm's web shop, an agreement on purchase is only reached when we have sent an order confirmation of your order. You as a customer acknowledge that you are liable for payment when you click on "place order" on the checkout page. An order confirmation is generated automatically. Jascha Stockholm owns the goods until full payment has been made by the customer. To shop at Jascha.se you must be 18 years old.

The prices on the web shop include VAT (25%) and are stated in Swedish kronor.

Jascha Stockholm safeguards the customer's integrity and saves and stores customer information. By confirming our terms of purchase, you also agree to our handling of your personal data in accordance with Jascha Stockholm's Integrity Policy

WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING COST AND HOW THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED

Jascha Stockholm works to handle your order as quickly as possible and normally sends your package within 24 hours of you placing an order in the web shop. We send out goods Monday-Friday. Note that during our sale period, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Sweden. In the event of a return, a return cost of SEK 49 will be added. Within Sweden, shipping takes place with DHL. Your package automatically arrives at a DHL agent in your specified zip code area. When the package arrives at the agent, you will receive an SMS notification. Please note that the package is in the delivery point for 14 days. Shipments that are not picked up are returned to Jascha Stockholm. You are responsible for the return.
